Workshop professionals with passion for human interaction in a digital world
We design and manage collaboration for every conceivable setting:
Whether all participants are together on-site or spread out virtually, they share the same intense workshop experience. And they are proud of what they achieve in a short time.
We use the latest workshop methods in a completely digital setting.

For this purpose, we create (virtual) spaces that are able to depict any form of complexity and group dynamics - on very different topics and for very different applications.

Intensity and productivity result from the combination of thorough preparation, the right participants and a structured and dynamic work process.

We are looking forward to
deepen collaboration!

Why we are called deepco
deep
Successfully designing and implementing changes can only be achieved with a sufficiently DEEP UNDERSTANDING and INTENTION of all those involved.
Those who stay on the surface or only on the cognitive level usually jump too short.
We work with methods and use a collaboration platform that, due to its visual and technical design, is able to give us this depth.
Only if we strive for "depth" do we have any chance of sustainable change.
co
Co stands for many things -
but above all for TOGETHER.
We work things out with you in a collaborative, co-creative way.
We generate relevant 'content' and use methods, structures and tools to better deal with 'complexity'.
But we also need 'courage' and 'commitment' from all those involved in order to successfully shape the change process.
The more "co", the more promising the project will be. "Involve those affected" is an important motto here.
˽ space
We create (FREE) SPACES and fill them with meaning to make them useful tools for successful collaboration.
Well-prepared content merges with a well-designed work process.
A facilitator guides the group through the process towards tangible results, joint decisions and commitment for implementation.
The better the scope for design is prepared and used, the greater the commitment to implementation.
