As a facilitator, we make it easier for you to achieve your goals.
We enable and simplify complex group work - any type of conceptual and creative work, to be solved in a challenge and must be jointly pave a way forward.
Facilitation means

... to lead a group through a structured work process in order to achieve tangible results in a much shorter time and to make strategic decisions together.
We are not moderators for TV shows, panel discussions or press conferences - we leave that to the entertainers and talk masters.
Typical workshop settings:
virtual workshop
all participants are distributed (e.g. at home, in the office, on the go) and use their regular workplace to take part in the workshop

digital workshop
all participants are on site and work with digital instead of classic workshop tools: touch-sensitive screens instead of flipcharts & co

hybrid workshop
a mix of both; this can also mean that there are several locations on site with small teams and distributed individual participants
